Unless you specify me not to. If you would like to dedicate the art to someone specific or ask me to write a message, please leave me a note, and I would gladly do it! I love handwritten notes!
How are the packages packed?
With lots of care and love of course <3
I use standard bubble wrap for any booklets or original artwork for protection. Looking to transition into plastic-free wrapping to the best of my abilities. I want to be able to protect your products as well as our planet.
Can I come to you to pick-up my order?
If you know me and are near the Vancouver area, sure! Just pick the LOCAL option when checking out.
I havn’t gotten my package yet! Do you have tracking?
I am sorry for the delay. However, in these uncertain times, I cannot guarantee the status of any of the packages, and tracking is very expensive (unless you want to pay for it). Let’s be patient and if it really got lost in the mail, I will see what I can do to send a replacement if it is possible.
How long will my package take?
Please allow me 1-2 days to fulfill the order, in which then you will be notified when I have shipped them. I use Canada Post. According to their site:
Lettermail (bookmark and postcards)
Canada 1~4 business days
USA 4~6 business days
International 4~7 business days
Parcel (artbooks etc)
Canada 4~8 business days
USA 10+ business days
International 15+ business days
